CryptoEnsemble LLC is a US company headquartered in Clearwater, Florida, its division Matchless Communications, its product NewBinar and its affiliates (each a “CryptoEnsemble entity” and collectively “MC“, “we“, “our“, “us“) respect your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy applies to CryptoEnsemble LLC, Matchless Communications, NewBinar, and explains who we are, how we collect, share and use personal information about you, and how you can exercise your privacy rights. This Privacy Policy applies to personal information that we process:

What does Matchless Communications do?

Matchless Communications offers white label platforms for voice, video and mobile, communications and teleconferencing applications for businesses and nonprofit organizations.

What personal information does Matchless Communications collect?

We use the personal information collected from you only for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy or for purposes that we will explain at the time we will collect your personal information.

We may collect other information than that detailed in this Privacy Policy. If we were to ask you to provide additional information voluntarily, we will clarify the reasons why. If we were to obtain information from other sources we will check that these third parties either have your consent or are otherwise legally permitted or required to disclose your personal information to us.

It is important to stress that this Privacy Policy does not apply to any other type of information, such as possible personal information included in files, documents, recordings, chat logs, transcriptions and similar data which we keep on behalf of our clients and any other information that our clients upload in their Matchless Communications in relation to the use of our Services or information gathered from other sources, such publicly available sources.

We only process customer’s data, including possible personal information in them, for the sole purpose of providing our services to our customers. Such processing is described in our Terms of Service or other instructions that have been approved by each customer.

Matchless Communications has published additional privacy policies with different fields of application, in compliance to the California Consumer Privacy Act, the European Economic Area (“EEA”), and the GDPR.

People visiting our websites

When you visit one of our Websites, we may collect certain information automatically from your device. In some countries, including those in the European Economic Area, such data may be considered personal information under applicable data protection laws. Specifically, the information we collect automatically may include your IP address, associated device type, unique device identification numbers, browser-type, operating system, broad geographic location (at country or city-level), and other technical information. We may also collect information about how your device has interacted with our Website, including which pages you accessed and the links you clicked, when those pages were accessed, how long they were viewed.

Collecting such data enables us to better understand which people come to our Websites, where they come from, and what content on our Websites they find interesting. We use these data for our internal analytics purposes only and to improve the quality and relevance of our Websites to our visitors. Some of this information may be collected using cookies and similar tracking technology.

Data categories and collection purposes

When visiting our sites o using our services, users provide us the following personal information:

Customer account registration information – these are data provided when you create an account, ask for technical support or general support or when you register for events, webinars, white papers, surveys, and so on. Such information normally includes your first name, last name, billing information and a valid email address. Such data are necessary to provide our services to you, manage you accounts and collect payments.

Service data (including session, location and use data) – these are provided when you visit our sites or use our services. In these instances we receive information voluntarily provided by you or other users, including data about the planning of events and the names of attendees, their location, the session length, the devices used, their IP addresses, their location, their language preferences, their operating system, their unique device identifier and other diagnostic data.

Such information is needed to provide and improve our services and to prevent fraud and monitor security. Users can disable at any time the transmission of their location information by accessing the location services in their device setup.

We strive to limit the type and category of personal data we collect from our customers so to just keep the information we need to achieve the goals for which they were collected in the first place. We never use them for purposes other than they were intended for at the moment of the collection.

Prospective customer

If you are a prospective customer (who may also use our Websites and services under his own brand), the personal information that we may collect about you falls broadly into the following categories:

Information that you provide voluntarily

Certain parts of our Websites may ask you to voluntarily provide personal information. For example, you might need to introduce yourself while submitting an inquiry about our products and services, or to request a quote. Some of your personal information will also be requested to subscribe to marketing communications from us and/or to submit commercial and technical inquiries to us. We will use this information only to communicate with your organization about our Websites, products, and services, to send you offers, for our other legitimate interests or those of a third party for which we are providing a system, or to comply with a legal obligation to which we are subject. An example might be to investigate and help prevent unlawful or potentially unlawful activity. We may also gather information from our prospective customers through other types of communication, such as in-person meetings, phone calls, and corporate/industry events.

Calls with Matchless Communication departments like, for example, sales, customer service, and public relations may be recorded to improve our customer service. However, if you would prefer your call not to be recorded, you can opt out by stating so, or simply by hanging up. Generally, the personal information that you are asked to provide, and the reasons why you are asked to provide it, will be made clear when we ask you such information. Anyway be advised that it may include your full name, your company/organization name, your work or personal email address, your work or personal phone number, the country you live in; and, in relation to your employer, which is your industry, your revenue, the number of employees and the purchasing timeframe.

Information that we obtain from third party sources 

Occasionally, we may receive personal information about you from third party sources (including third party websites, data brokers or credit reference agencies), but only where we have checked that these third parties either have your consent or are otherwise legally permitted or required to disclose your personal information to us. The types of information we collect from third parties include biographical information about you and your job role or marketing information; and we use the information we receive from these third parties to market our products and services to you, or otherwise develop and improve our products and services.

Google analytics and social media

We use Google Analytics as described in “How Google uses data when you use our partners’ sites or apps.” You can prevent your data from being used by Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on here. Portions of our website may also use Google Analytics for Display Advertisers including DoubleClick or Dynamic Remarketing which provide interest-based ads based on your visit to this or other websites. You can use Ads Settings to manage the Google ads you see and opt-out of interest-based ads. 

Social Media: Many of our websites include social media features, such as Facebook, Google, and Twitter “share” buttons. If you use these features they may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our site, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. These services will also authenticate your identity and provide you the option to share certain personal data with us such as your name and email address to pre-populate our sign-up form or provide feedback. Your interactions with these features are governed by the Privacy Policy of the third-party company providing them.

Who does Matchless Communications share my personal information with?

We may disclose your personal information to the following categories of recipients:

  • to our group companies, third party services providers and partners who provide data processing services to us. We may also share personal information where we consider that such disclosure is necessary to protect the safety or legitimate business interests of those third parties, including to investigate suspected fraud or to trace debtors.
  • to any competent law enforcement body, regulatory, government agency, court or other third party where we believe disclosure is necessary (i) as a matter of applicable law or regulation, (ii) to exercise, establish or defend our legal rights, or (iii) to protect your vital interests or those of any other person;
  • to any other person or entity with your consent to the disclosure.

Legal basis for processing personal information

This section applies to European Economic Area visitors only. If you are a visitor from the European Economic Area, our legal basis for collecting and using the personal information described above will depend on the personal information concerned and the specific context in which we collect it.

However, we will normally collect personal information from you only 1) where the processing is in our legitimate interests and not overridden by your rights, 2) where the processing is a contractual necessity, or 3) where we have your consent to do so. In some cases, we may also have a legal obligation to collect personal information from you or may otherwise need the personal information to protect your vital interests or those of another person.


Matchless Communications has implemented a data privacy and security program with appropriate technical and organizational measures designed to safeguard and protect the personal, identifiable, and/or confidential information we collect or you share with us.

International data transfers

Your personal information may be transferred to, and processed in, countries other than the country in which you are resident. These countries may have data protection laws that are different to the laws of your country.

Specifically, our Websites servers are located in various locations, including the EU and the US. This means that when we collect your personal information we may process it in any of these countries.

However, we have taken appropriate safeguards to require that your personal information will remain protected in accordance with this Privacy Notice.


We update this Privacy Policy from time-to-time to reflect changes to our personal data handling practices or respond to new legal requirements and will post updates here. However, if we make any material changes that have a substantive and adverse impact on your privacy, we will provide notice on this website and additionally notify you by email (sent to the e-mail address specified in your account) for your approval prior to the change becoming effective. Children’s privacy

Matchless Communications’ webpages are intended for general audiences – we do not seek through our sites to gather personal data from or about persons that are sixteen (16) years of age or younger. If you inform us or we otherwise become aware that we have unintentionally received personal data from an individual under the age of sixteen (16), we will delete this information from our records.

Access requests

Matchless Communications respects your control over your information and, upon request, we will confirm whether we hold or are processing information that we have collected from you. You also have the right to amend or update inaccurate or incomplete personal data, request deletion of your personal data, or request that we no longer use it. Under certain circumstances we will not be able to fulfill your request, such as if it interferes with our regulatory obligations, affects legal matters, we cannot verify your identity, or it involves a disproportionate cost or effort, but in any event we will respond to your request within thirty (30) days and provide you an explanation.

Please note that for personal data about you that we have obtained or received for processing on behalf of a separate, unaffiliated entity – which determined the means and purposes of processing, all such requests should be made to that entity directly. We will honor and support any instructions they provide us with respect to your personal data.

European Economic Area data protection rights
